In order to reserve your event date, you will need to sign an agreement and pay the deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS
Balance is due 2 weeks prior to event date. If payment is not received 2 weeks before event, only cash will be accepted before the event begins.
Methods of Payment: You may pay by cash, check, money order or cashier’s check up to two weeks prior to the event. Less than two weeks to the event will require cash or money order only before the event starts. You may also pay through PayPal by paying the e-mail address: DLPHoldingsInc@gmail.com or fax contract to 5408915670. Contracts and deposits may be mailed to: Life Ministries of Virginia, P. O. Box 2702, Spotsylvania, VA 22553. Once contract and deposit are received, date will be booked and held. All dates are booked and held on a first-come – first-served basis. First one to arrive with both contract and deposit will receive priority in holding the date and time.
Non-payment of Services: Should you write a check and the check does not clear, there will be a charge of $35 to cover my bank fees for that problem. We appreciate payment for all services 2 weeks before date of event to avoid any delay in having your event run smoothly.
Exception: Of course there is not two weeks before a Funeral/Memorial Service. These services are to be handled on a case by case basis and usually will be paid in cash before the viewing.
