Being a business and not being given money through a church, I am forced to set fees for my services. The usual process is a deposit being made to book or save the date for an event with the balance being due before the event.
Most ministers in this area will have fees ranging from $50 – $800, dependent on the level of service they are supplying. I am in the median range. All of my fees include everything, except for weddings requiring a hotel stay. It is our mission to give you the best service with the most complete package at a cost that is fair and equitable. The events in our lives may not always be the most “fun” but they do happen to everyone.
One thing to keep in mind is that your Minister will set the tone for your service. Just as the ceremony sets the tone for your wedding, having the proper Minister for your service/ceremony will set your mind at ease and make your day go by more smoothly. All life events cause stress – even the blessings of a new home or new child. Making sure you have a Minister that will listen to your desires and needs and fulfill them to put you at ease is essential to keeping that stress to a minimum.
